Fish pieces: 4-6
(Type of fish used- catla)

Fish kabab powder- 1 pack
salt -for taste
Tamarind juice-1 cup
Chiroti rava- 1 cup

Oil- 5 bl spoon

(If you wish not to use kabab powder you can replace that with 1 tbl spoon garam masala powder, 1 tbl spoon red chilli powder, 1 tspn of turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon coriander powder)

to make Tamarind juice-soak the tamarind with water for sometime and squeeze and take out the juice from it

Method:

1. Clean the fish and keep it aside

2. Take a boul and pour kabab powder. mix tamarind juice to the powder and make a thick paste.Add salt

3. while this is getting ready, take a tawa for fish fry and add little oil and let it get heated.
(you can add 4 to 5 tbl spoon of oil as we are doing shallow fry)

4. Roll the fish fry into the boul and let the fish  hold the masala.

5. Take chiroti rava in a plate. and roll the masala mixed fish in it(this will give crispiness to the fry).
