Ingredients:
Chicken- 250 grams
Curry leaves-1 small boul
Onion-1 (chop it nice and long)
Lemon juice- half slice
Basan flour- 2-3 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste-1
Turmeric- 1 tea spoon
Garam masala- 1 spoon
Red chilli powder- half spoon
Dhanya powder- 1 spoon
Salt- for taste
Oil- for deep fry
Method:
to prepare chicken pakoda mixture:
In a boul take chicken. Add basan flour, onion, curry leaves,salt.
later add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, dhanya powder,turmeroc powder.
mix well. and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Later take frying pan, add oil for deep fry. boil it.
once oil is boiled enough, add chicken pieces and fry it till it become golden color.
Remove the chicken from oil and drian it under tissue powder.
Now chicken is ready to eat.
