Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice is most of the people's favorite street food. It can be prepared as an evening snack item. Preparing this is very simple and also quick.
If you have all the vegetables available at home or with whatever vegetables are available, you can prepare this very quickly and serve it.
If kids don't like to eat vegetables, include this in your menu, and kids going to love this recipe too..!!
How to prepare Fried Rice:
Sauces required:Soya sauce, red/green chilli sauce and vinegar.

(if you want to skip these sauces, you can add lemon juice and red chilli powder/or paste)
Ingredients:
Ginger-1 tbl spoon(finely chopped)
Garlic-1 tbl spoon(finely chopped)
Cooked Rice- 2 cup
Vegetables:
Carrot -1 small cup
Beans -1 small cup
Capsicum-1 small cup
Cabbage -1 small cup
Pepper powder
Salt- for paste
Sauces:
vinegar-1 tbl spoon
Soya sauce-1/2 tbl spoon
Green/Red chilli sauce-1 tbl spoon
Method:
Finely chop all the vegetables
=>In a pan, take 2-3 spoons of oil. heat it. add finely chopped ginger-garlic to it.
=>Next add beans first. and fry it. Later add all the other vegetables and fry it. Fry all vegetables on high flame.
=>Later add soya sauce(add very little of it. this gives dark color and also a little sour taste to fried rice. be careful and put only little quantity, because it adds sour taste to the food).
=>Later add cooked rice, pepper powder and salt and fix well.
Now the fried rice is ready to eat.serve it hot along with sauces.
